Greetings Everyone:
The time for our “Thank You Unto GOD” fast is upon us once again. First; I would like to say thank you for taking hold of this vision and giving it life; not just for you, but to everyone you share this fast with. Reading your tremendous testimonies have been an absolute blessing and your testimonies have literally transformed lives. Our 19th Thank You unto God Fast will begin Monday November 4, 2019 at 12:01 am EST and ends Friday November 8, 2019 at 11:59pm EST and this fast will encompass five days of speaking LIFE, strategic prayer, fasting and praise unto our God! Commanding Our Outcome!
The Thank You unto God Fast is not just a fast, but a Lifestyle change. This fast develops and establishes a daily lifestyle in making God priority in our lives no matter the circumstance or situation. God is over all kingdoms and all nations and His positioning and ruler-ship will never change. This means our thanksgiving and our stance in worship unto God should never change. This particular fast continues to teach us how to approach God as kings and operate as priests in the earth. Although we may face some difficult scenarios in our lives we must mature our faith and our positioning unto God to a place we worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, at all times as, His Sons and Daughters’, His Chosen!
In correspondence, let us continue to share our love and honor for God and others everywhere we go and in doing this, we will share the full expression of who God is and He is LOVE (I John 4). Thank you for joining me on this journey as we continue to properly transform our mind and position our stance to operate as kings and priests in the earth and experience sweat less VICTORY at all times , no matter the circumstance or situation.

9. Jeremiah 17:14(NIV)
10. Exodus 23:25-26(NIV)
Requirements for TYUG Fast
1. Post scriptures daily on as many social media websites as possible, send texts and emails that honor God and gives thanks unto Him.
2. Pray a daily prayer of thanksgiving and praise unto God.
3. Sow an offering of Thanksgiving into the ministry you are submitted and committed to.
4. Say thank you to those who have helped you along the way.
5. Keep a journal or recorder near you for instructions from God.
6. November 6, 2019 will be a total day of fasting from 6am- 6pm Est. Please refrain from
negative thinking and speaking. Only watch or listen to media or music that is positive and uplifting. For those who may have medical restrictions, please follow the instructions of your Doctor if you must eat. On this day please refrain from caffeine, sugar and sweets. On this day take this time to reflect, and ask God for insight and wisdom in all matters. Please continue to study our foundational scriptures during our five days of Commanding Our Outcome, Speak Life!
We will meet daily on my FB Live at 6am EST daily during the fast. (November 4 – November 8, 2019)
10 things this FAST will do:
1. Give you an encouraging, empowering Prophetic word.
2. Give you Apostolic Direction.
3. Re-Direct focus back unto God (no matter the circumstance or situation)
4. Produce honor unto God and unto others.
5. This fast will cause your confidence to grow and become stronger. This fast will cause
you to take a BOLD Apostolic stance before the LORD!
6. Change how you respond to the LORD.
7. Position you to receive and experience sweat less VICTORY!
8. Heal marriages and restore broken relationships that are God ordained.
9. Prepare and Position you for the season of open doors; (great opportunities)
10. Walk into your wealthy place.
