After we pray and have prayed it's time for ACTION!
When people come to me, I say.....
I pray all through the day, each time the Holy Spirit touch or makes an impression on me whether out loud or silently I am doing it and I see those who are not in the Action Purpose of life on earth.
LOVE is an ACTION! God is Love - So your purpose coming to me if for
WHAT ACTION PLAN!
Everyone is trying to solve the problem in a mind and heart of fear of almost everything....and it will not happen.....
WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE WORLD THAT IS ACTION BEYOND YOUR WALLS
GOD GAVE US ALL THE RESOURCES WE NEED TO MAKE THE GREATER LIFE HAPPEN>

This is a good question.
What happens next for me after prayer for anyone reaching out for help to me depends on that person's situation.
But ultimately in general I try to educate and guide with the knowledge I have. Also any other assistance that I could give I try to do and try to get the person whole as possible. Then from there I ask them to continue to try to help anyone or any opportunity that they come across. That way now instead of one person we now have two no the battlefield.
