How Long?

This wasn't my what I originally wrote yesterday. It did not post. The Spirit of the Lord spoke to me and revealed, "I'm taking my time with you because of who you are! We often say, "Please be patient with me, God is not through with me yet!" How many of us can say that we are patient with God? God is saying, "Be patient with me; I'm not through with you yet!" For I have begun a good work and I shall finish what I started, said the Lord. If God designed created the recipe, He knows how long it takes for His recipe to be completed! Lord knows I feel that I am ready and I want to get out of the Crock Pot.  Sometimes you don't know what you want because you're not ready for what you're asking for! One of my mentors taught me that the way to get out is to go through. The way to get out of the maze is to go through the maze! Be patient, it's coming!

  • I often to say, the only thing worst than waiting on God is regretting that you didn't wait. Waiting can seem like a difficult thing to do. We want everything right away. I'm learning to trust God's plan, and to believe he's leading me exactly where he wants. Many times frustrated because it doesn't go the way I thought it should have. I always remeber in the end it works out for my good.

  • This is a great message. I find in ministry a lot of people don't want to wait on God to finish the work in them and jump out the pot into the fire. And they end up making a mess of things. If they would have just waited a little longer they wouldn't have messed up there testimony. We must wait on the Lord and His timing for our lives.

  • Great Post. Thank you for being consistent.
