Greetings Everyone:
The time for our “Thank You Unto GOD” fast is upon us once again. First; I would like to say thank you for taking hold of this vision and giving it life; not just for you, but to everyone you share this fast with. Reading your tremendous testimonies have been an absolute blessing and your testimonies have literally transformed lives. Our 19th Thank You unto God Fast will begin Monday November 4, 2019 at 12:01 am EST and ends Friday November 8, 2019 at 11:59pm EST and this fast will encompass five days of speaking LIFE, strategic prayer, fasting and praise unto our God! Commanding Our Outcome!
The Thank You unto God Fast is not just a fast, but a Lifestyle change. This fast develops and establishes a daily lifestyle in making God priority in our lives no matter the circumstance or situation. God is over all kingdoms and all nations and His positioning and ruler-ship will never change. This means our thanksgiving and our stance in worship unto God should never change. This particular fast continues to teach us how to approach God as kings and operate as priests in the earth. Although we may face some difficult scenarios in our lives we must mature our faith and our positioning unto God to a place we worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, at all times as, His Sons and Daughters’, His Chosen!
In correspondence, let us continue to share our love and honor for God and others everywhere we go and in doing this, we will share the full expression of who God is and He is LOVE (I John 4). Thank you for joining me on this journey as we continue to properly transform our mind and position our stance to operate as kings and priests in the earth and experience sweat less VICTORY at all times , no matter the circumstance or situation.

9. Jeremiah 17:14(NIV)
10. Exodus 23:25-26(NIV)
Requirements for TYUG Fast
1. Post scriptures daily on as many social media websites as possible, send texts and emails that honor God and gives thanks unto Him.
2. Pray a daily prayer of thanksgiving and praise unto God.
3. Sow an offering of Thanksgiving into the ministry you are submitted and committed to.
4. Say thank you to those who have helped you along the way.
5. Keep a journal or recorder near you for instructions from God.
6. November 6, 2019 will be a total day of fasting from 6am- 6pm Est. Please refrain from
negative thinking and speaking. Only watch or listen to media or music that is positive and uplifting. For those who may have medical restrictions, please follow the instructions of your Doctor if you must eat. On this day please refrain from caffeine, sugar and sweets. On this day take this time to reflect, and ask God for insight and wisdom in all matters. Please continue to study our foundational scriptures during our five days of Commanding Our Outcome, Speak Life!
We will meet daily on my FB Live at 6am EST daily during the fast. (November 4 – November 8, 2019)
10 things this FAST will do:
1. Give you an encouraging, empowering Prophetic word.
2. Give you Apostolic Direction.
3. Re-Direct focus back unto God (no matter the circumstance or situation)
4. Produce honor unto God and unto others.
5. This fast will cause your confidence to grow and become stronger. This fast will cause
you to take a BOLD Apostolic stance before the LORD!
6. Change how you respond to the LORD.
7. Position you to receive and experience sweat less VICTORY!
8. Heal marriages and restore broken relationships that are God ordained.
9. Prepare and Position you for the season of open doors; (great opportunities)
10. Walk into your wealthy place.
Please share your testimonies with others so their faith can mature!

6 Traits of an Eagle by Myles Munroe Eagles are uncommon birds, depicted in the Scriptures as a picture of the victorious Christian life. These six traits of eagles should encourage us to soar higher in our life of faith. TRAIT #1: Eagles fly at high altitudes, not with low-flying birds like sparrows or other small birds. Principle: If you want to be an eagle Christian, you need to fly with other eagles and stay away from sparrows and ravens. TRAIT #2: Eagles have strong vision, with an ability to focus on objects up to three miles away. When an eagle sights his prey, he will not move his focus from the prey until he successfully captures it. Principle: In order to succeed, we must have a clear vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles may be. TRAIT #3: Eagles feed only on fresh prey, never eating dead things. Vultures eat dead animals, but eagles will not. Principle: Be careful about what you feed your eyes and ears with, especially on the Internet, movies, or TV. TRAIT #4: When storm clouds gather, eagles get excited. An eagle uses the storm’s wind to lift himself higher, far above the clouds. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches of the trees. Principle: We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. High achievers thrive on challenges and use them profitably. TRAIT #5: An eagle tests before it trusts. When a female eagle meets a male and they want to mate, she first tests his commitment. Then and only then, will she allow him to mate with her. Principle: Whether in private life or in business, one should test the commitment of people intended for partnership. TRAIT #6: During the time of training her young ones to fly, a mother eagle throws the eaglets out of the nest. Because they are scared, they jump into the nest again. Next, the mother eagle pushes the eaglets off the cliff into the air. As they shriek in fear, father eagle flies out and catches them up on his back and brings them back to the cliff. This goes on for some time until they learn to start using their wings to fly. Principle: The people who love us do not let us languish in sloth but push us hard to grow and prosper. Even in their seemingly harsh actions, they have good intentions for us—and these steps are necessary to teach us to fly. Eagles don’t always have a soft and easy life, nor will we. But just as eagles illustrate, God is calling us to wait on Him and learn to soar higher, above the cares, trials, and trivial pursuits of life: Those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
